But aside from her famous role in Marvel films, Elizabeth Olsen has been a hot character in the movie and TV scene for decades. She started acting when she was only four. When she turned 11, this Olsen sibling landed a couple of roles, including in The Adventures of Mary-Kate and Ashley, the straight-to-video series of her older sisters, and in How the West Was Fun.
Following her stint in her sisters’ video series, Elizabeth Olsen started going to auditions in other acting projects. However, she almost quit the blossoming career she has now after the media frenzy in 2004 about the eating disorder of her older sister May-Kate.
